Buffer tank 100L
A stainless steel buffer tank is an essential addition to a heat pump installation. Simply fill the buffer tank with water or a mixture of water and glycol.

How to choose a buffer tank for your installation?
The 50l AURATON buffer tank is universal and fits almost all installations.
- 6/4"-inlet and 3 Gw 6/4"-outlet to connect the three circuits and form a hydraulic coupling from the tank
- 3/411 connection at the top of the tank
for mounting a vent valve - 5/411 connection for optional electric
heater sealed with a brass plug and protected by a plastic cover for installation safety and installer convenience
How does a buffer tank work?
Buffer tanks act as thermal energy accumulators in central heating circuits. Heat is efficiently transferred from the tank to the central heating system, single, double or hot water exchanger. The heat source can be any device, such as a boiler, solar system or heat pump.
